The Family Stone – a touching and humorous show (several adult situations too so not necessarily for the younger crowd)
Love Actually (swearing, nudity and adult situations involved, but REALLY good Brit film for adults to watch)
It’s a Wonderful Life – a classic
Charlie Brown Christmas
Miracle on 34th Street – great story about believing and also the Macy’s / Gimbel’s competition and collaboration
White Christmas – Bing, Danny, Rosemary and Elaine do a great job with this musical
Christmas Vacation – funny and sad, all in the same show
The Homecoming – the Christmas-based movie that spurred The Waltons series (Patricia Neal as Olivia and Cleavon Little as the pastor)
It Happened on 5th Avenue
A Christmas Story – not one of my favorites, but it is a cult classic
Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas – Jim Henson show; MWPC senior high class
