For those who like data, here are the results of the Herbie drainage. In some way, maybe it’ll be a partial answer to “are we getting closer yet while we’re on this long and winding road?”

6-Apr 20 No change – still about 28 cc of contrast. Sclerose with betadine for first time. Dr. Asher did this. Left it in for 1 hour, rotating on side and stomach every 15 minutes

12-Apr 10 CT Scan looks good. Only about 15 cc of contrast. Sclerose with betadine for second time, this time with Dr. Young. Left it in for 1 hour, rotating on side and stomach every 15 minutes. Pulled out the betadine and then “pulled the plug” – RIP Herbie!
