- Warm-up stretches – rotate wrist clockwise, counter-clockwise, up, down, side to side; stretch digits far apart, hold, relax, repeat 4X; pull thumb away gently, hold, release, repeat 4X
- Prayer stretch – under chin, parallel and hold for 15-30 seconds, repeat 2-4 times
- wrist flexor stretch – extend arm with palm up, bend wrist, pointing towards floor, gentle bend with other hand, hold for 15-30 seconds; both hands; then do same with palm down
- Principles: straight wrists for mouse and typing; stop and take a break; slow down; switch hands
